Refund & Return Policy

At L&M Track Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality and durable equipment designed for demanding stable environments. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, we are happy to assist to ensure the product meets your needs.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. To assess your request, we may require photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a suitable resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Products must not be used, modified, or damaged after delivery in order to be eligible for assessment. Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or damage caused by improper handling will not be considered as faults.

L&M Track Supply is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to improper use, storage, or handling of the product.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to assess each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair outcome for both parties.
